How long does it take to get a trade account?

Typically it will take no longer than one working day.

What type of business can get a trade account?

Pool & spa showrooms, dealers, business with premises involved in the pool & spa trade. Internet-only dealers are not acceptable.

Do I have to pay by card, or can I pay on account?

You can pay by card or PayPal. Credit accounts are NOT available.

Do you always have plenty of stock?

The website stock is live so you can see stock levels at all times. We do occasionally run out at peak times but this is rare

Will I have an account manager I can speak to?

Yes, we have dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
